Key Requirement

All applicants must already have access to or be part of a TikTok Creator Network, as this is essential for the role to function effectively at this time.

• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE and creator ecosystems
• Experience in recruitment, creator outreach, or talent management
• Ability to manage and grow creator relationships
• Organized, proactive, and communication-driven individuals

• You can bring creators in immediately
• You understand TikTok LIVE gifting & monetization
• You can manage creators at scale
• You can move fast without supervision
